Ductless Mini-Split Repair

Single and multi-zone ductless systems need specialized care. We repair heads, line sets, outdoor units, and communication faults.

Heat Pump Maintenance

Seasonal tune-ups clean coils, check refrigerant, test the reversing valve, and keep your system efficient and warranty-protected.

Signs Your Heat Pump Needs a Repair

Heat pumps usually give warning signs before they quit. If you notice any of these, call before a small issue becomes a no-comfort emergency.

No Heat in Winter

If your heat pump runs but never warms up, the reversing valve, defrost board, or refrigerant charge may be at fault.

No Cool in Summer

A heat pump that can't switch to cooling mode often has a stuck reversing valve, low refrigerant, or a compressor issue.

Refrigerant Leaks

Ice on the coils, long run times, or weak output can mean a leak. We locate it, repair it, and recharge to factory specs.

Loud or Strange Noises

Buzzing, grinding, or hissing from the outdoor unit can signal electrical problems, failing bearings, or a refrigerant leak.

Short Cycling

Turning on and off too fast wastes energy and wears parts. We check sensors, charge, airflow, and controls.

Frozen Outdoor Unit

Normal defrost cycles are brief. If the unit stays iced over, the defrost sensor, board, or charge needs professional attention.

Repair or Replace?

Most heat pump problems are repairable, and a good repair is almost always cheaper than a full replacement. We fix what can be fixed and tell you honestly when a new system makes more sense.

Replacement is usually the better choice when the unit is past 12–15 years, the compressor has failed, or repair costs are adding up. In those cases we'll explain your options — including high-efficiency Mitsubishi and Midea replacements — and give you a free estimate.
